In April, the Italian company\u00a0Gold Note\u00a0announced the availability of an optional external power supply\u00a0PSU-5\u00a0, specially designed to improve the sound quality of the\u00a0Gold Note PH-5\u00a0phono stage .\u00a0It took three more months for the company’s engineers to establish the production process.\u00a0Since the beginning of July, mass production of new items has started.<\/p>\n

The PSU-5 external power supply is the perfect upgrade to elevate your Gold Note analog system and deliver quality vinyl playback.\u00a0The circuit design of this unit is inspired by the same philosophy that underpins the company’s series of external power supplies, such as the PSU-10 and PSU-1000.\u00a0The design uses a linear power supply with special transformers made to order in Italy according to Gold Note specifications.\u00a0In addition, it has an inductive filter to compensate for noise and interference coming from the AC mains.<\/p>\n
